Expandable container homes are set with 4 to 8 people in a day only. They are delivered to your site in a compact, shipping-container-sized unit. The main section of the home contains everything needed to unfold two expandable sections on the east and west sides, effectively tripling the home's floor space once extended.
The Conception
These expandable units offer remarkable value for their size, typically ranging from 20ft to 40ft in length, with floor plans ranging from 36 sqm to 72 sqm. They are designed to include a kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms—ideal for a small family.
Built with a durable steel frame and steel plate + PU sandwich panel walls, these units are both strong and efficient with high fire rating. They are delivered fully equipped with electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, double-glazed windows, and a double sliding glass front door.
